"I just wanted to tell you something of value that happened and it is only because of the knowledge I gained from your TeleSeminar Classes. I was able to salvage a sale. I have a listing on a cul-de-sac....and, of all locations, it is directly in line with the path of the street.......cuting blade 100%........anyway, an agent on feedback told me her client was not happy with the house and before she could say anymore, I told her why and that we could remedy it if necessary......she was surprised that I knew so much and said that she would speak to her clients.
